앱에서 바로 삭제
- LimitPulse의 설정 탭을 엽니다.
- LimitPulse 계정에서 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
- 삭제 안내를 확인하고 승인합니다. Android는 Google, iPhone은 Apple 재인증을 한 번 더 요청합니다.
정상 완료되면 Firebase 인증 계정과 해당 계정의 서버측 Claude 로그인·사용량 스냅샷이 즉시 삭제되고 앱에서 로그아웃됩니다.
LimitPulse 계정 삭제
YongTech가 제공하는 Android 및 iPhone 앱 LimitPulse의 계정 삭제 안내입니다.
앱을 사용할 수 없을 때
아래 이메일로 제목을 LimitPulse 계정 삭제 요청이라고 적어 보내 주세요. 로그인 제공자(Google 또는 Apple)와 계정 확인에 사용할 수 있는 이메일 주소만 포함해 주세요. 소유권 확인 후 통상 7일 안에 처리 결과를 회신합니다.
비밀번호, 로그인 코드, Firebase 토큰, Claude 코드 또는 API 키는 절대 보내지 마세요. YongTech는 이런 값을 요청하지 않습니다.
삭제 요청 이메일 보내기삭제되는 정보와 남는 정보
- 삭제: LimitPulse Firebase Auth 사용자, 사용자별 서버 Claude OAuth 인증 정보, 최신 Claude 한도 스냅샷.
- 기기에 남을 수 있음: OpenAI 연결 정보와 로컬 사용·리셋 기록. 앱에서 각각 OpenAI 연결 해제와 로컬 기록 삭제를 사용하거나 앱 데이터를 삭제해 제거할 수 있습니다.
- 삭제하지 않음: Google, Apple, OpenAI, Anthropic 제공자 계정과 공개 이벤트 데이터.
- 분석: LimitPulse는 Firebase Analytics 사용자 ID를 설정하지 않습니다. 이미 집계되어 특정 LimitPulse 계정과 연결되지 않는 통계는 계정 삭제 대상이 아닙니다.
Delete a LimitPulse account
In the app, open Settings → LimitPulse account → Delete account and confirm. Android asks for fresh Google authorization, and iPhone asks for fresh Apple authorization. This deletes the Firebase Auth user and that user's server-side Claude credentials and latest quota snapshot, then signs the app out.
If the app is unavailable, email pyhppyyhh0307@daum.net with the subject “LimitPulse account deletion request,” the provider (Google or Apple), and only an email address that can be used to verify ownership. Requests are normally answered within seven days after verification.
Never send a password, sign-in code, Firebase token, Claude code, or API key. YongTech will not ask for them.
Local OpenAI credentials and local usage/reset history may remain on the device until separately removed. Deleting LimitPulse does not delete a Google, Apple, OpenAI, or Anthropic account. Aggregated Analytics data that is not linked to a LimitPulse account is not part of account deletion.
